There are lots of causes to complain.

But as always, you have options. You can either complain about all the bad stuffs going on or to step back and see them in another perspective.

Keep on reminding yourself that COMPLAINING HAVE NO MAGIC. It won’t make your day or anyone’s day better. Neither will it help you to solve your problem or improve the situation.

If you have control over your thoughts, you have the ability to direct the course of your life. Your thoughts have the ability to either hold you captive or set you free. Whichever one you choose will have an impact on the overall quality of your life.

Put simply, coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the ‘here and now’ rather than on the distant past or future.

There is a huge difference between teaching someone and helping them to learn. In coaching, fundamentally, the coach is helping the individual to improve their own performance: in other words, helping them to learn.

Good coaches believe that the individual always has the answer to their own problems but understands that they may need help to find the answer.

There is a distinction between doing things to be nice and doing things because you're a people-pleaser. People often do nice things for a range of reasons: to feel good, to help, to return a favor, to earn a favor… But when you start doing something because you are afraid that you’ll be disliked or rejected if you say "no," there’s a strong chance that people-pleasing is at work.

People-pleasers are known for doing whatever it takes to make other people happy. Consequently, they allow others to take advantage of them.

Can you relate to any of these symptoms?

You'll never reach your goals if you're trying to be all things to all people!

Note that there’s nothing wrong with wanting to please and help others. Since lots of us feel satisfied when helping others, we feel satisfied when we see others happy because of our help.
But when you spend half your day helping others and the other half doing things you don’t want to do just to please others; well you’re not giving yourself any “ME TIME”! You’re not giving yourself any time to work on your goals and priorities!

I can guarantee you, that if you stay like this, you won’t have time to succeed.

So let’s work on this together till you’re able to say NO when you mean NO, so you can actually say YES when you mean YES.

Who said that you can’t solve your financial problems?
Who said that you can’t overcome your mental challenges?
Who said that you won’t pass the test?

Who said that you can’t reach your life purpose?

Well, nobody said them.

I’ve never heard such rules or stories.

When it’s time to pay my bills, I’ve never heard them saying you’ll never be able to
deal with us.

I’ve never seen written on the doors of schools “You won’t be able to pass this year”.

And I’ve never heard anyone saying: “My future me has come over and told me that I
won’t be able to reach my goals”.

Only the little voice in the background of your brain can tell you: You can’t do it.

But my question for you is: Is it really impossible? Do you really can’t do it?

I bet everyone CAN DO IT once they believe in their capacities.

Are you in to give it a try?
