Majulah Singapura! It is official, Love is Love.

The Prime Minister has announced that 377A will be repealed - de facto decriminalising homosexuality in Singapore, at last.

In other countries, repealing "anti-gay" laws has had positive benefits on the well-being and mental health of the LGBTQ community and their families. So this is our wish for Singapore this year :)

Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) has posted a reminder of the scientific position of psychology about Conversion "Therapy" - an ineffective and traumatising approach banned in many countries.

The evidence-based practice with LGBTQ clients includes affirming their identity, [...] and promoting their well-being.

It sounds obvious to us, and yet it is a very important conversation to have in Singapore. Thank you SPS!

"Boundaries are also an act of vulnerability, and vulnerability is the foundation for deep and meaningful relationships. People who react to you setting boundaries are those who took advantage of you not having any."

Check out these well written explanations found on the Elephant Journal... Hopefully enlightening!

If we don't know what we want and need, how can we communicate this to others and let them know how we want to be treated and loved? This exercise will definitely help with this.

A new article of Pr. Manfred Kets de Vries in Harvard Business Review about the 5 pillars of meaning!

"At a certain point in life, we transition from “time to live” to “time left to live.” This shift creates a new sense of urgency about identifying the purpose of our existence.
