做佛教善终服务这一行，真的不容易。
很多认识我的朋友都问我：「现在善终服务竞争这么激烈，为什么还要继续坚持？」
其实，这个问题，我也曾经问过自己。
从2017年的「喜舍善终服务」，到今天的「永乐善终服务」，转眼已经九年了。
九年来，我们没有雄厚的资源，没有庞大的团队，也没有铺天盖地的广告。我们所坚持的，只是希望用一颗真诚的心，为每一位往生者安排一场庄严、圆满、如法的佛教告别仪式，陪伴他们安稳地走完人生最后一程。
这一路走来，有欢喜，也有艰难；有感恩，也有压力。
但每当看到家属因为我们的陪伴而安心，看到一句发自内心的「谢谢」，我便知道，这份坚持是有意义的。
我始终相信，佛教善终服务，不只是办理一场告别仪式，更是在一个家庭最无助、最悲伤的时候，给予他们温暖、陪伴与依靠。
每一次诵经、每一场佛事、每一次送行，我们都提醒自己，要以恭敬心对待每一位往生者，以慈悲心陪伴每一个家庭。
或许，我们无法服务所有人；但只要有人愿意把至亲最后一程托付给我们，我们都会尽最大的努力，把每一个细节做好，不辜负这份信任。
九年来，我们始终相信：
真正能够留下来的，不是最低的价格，而是真诚的服务；不是华丽的承诺，而是家属的信任。
因为有些工作，不只是为了赚钱，而是为了护念生命最后一程，让每一位往生者都能庄严离去，让每一个家庭都能安心放下。
这，就是我们坚持至今的原因，也是未来继续走下去的动力。

愿我们继续以慈悲、真诚、尊重，陪伴更多家庭走过人生最艰难的时刻，让每一段最后的旅程，都能圆满无憾。

Serving families through Buddhist funeral services is not an easy path.
Many friends have asked me, “The funeral industry is so competitive these days. Why do you still choose to continue?”
To be honest, I’ve asked myself the same question before.
From founding Dana Citta Services in 2017 to today’s Ultimate Bliss Services, nine years have passed.
Over these nine years, we have never had abundant resources, a large team, or a big advertising budget. What we have always held onto is a sincere heart—to provide every departed loved one with a dignified, peaceful, and proper Buddhist farewell, and to accompany them on the final journey of this life.
The road has not always been easy. There have been joyful moments, difficult times, uncertainty, and pressure.
Yet every time I see a family find comfort through our care, or hear a heartfelt “thank you,” I am reminded why this work matters.
I have always believed that Buddhist funeral service is more than organising a farewell ceremony. It is about standing beside families during one of the most difficult moments of their lives, offering compassion, guidance, and reassurance when they need it most.
Every chanting service, every Buddhist ritual, and every farewell reminds us to serve each departed soul with reverence and every family with compassion.
We may not be able to serve every family, but whenever someone entrusts us with the final journey of their loved one, we will do our very best to honour that trust with sincerity and care.
Over the past nine years, one belief has never changed:
What endures is not the lowest price, but sincere service. Not the grandest promises, but the trust of the families we serve.
Because some professions are not just about making a living. They are about safeguarding the final journey of life, ensuring every departed soul leaves with dignity, and every family finds peace in letting go.
That is why we continue.
To every family, friend, and supporter who has trusted, encouraged, and recommended us over the years—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your trust has allowed us to continue this meaningful work.
May we always serve with Compassion, Sincerity, and Respect, accompanying more families through life’s most difficult moments and helping every final journey be one of peace, dignity, and grace.
