Congratulations!! The joy of having a new addition to the family is definitely worth waiting for. As a mother of 2 myself, experienced the up and down of the 40 weeks pregnancy cycle not once but twice, it is important to have healthy lifestyle and balance nutrition during the journey. Thereafter, post-natal care is equally important for both physical and emotional benefits . I personally came from traditional Peranakan family, has been grateful to have wonderful confinement nanny who provided us tender loving care during this crucial month with a mixture of Chinese Traditional and Peranakan practices.
