As a Principal Partner of NDP 2026, Accenture collaborated with the NDP 2026 EXCO and Google on Majulah Hunt - a nationwide adventure that turns Singapore into a living digital storybook. Through technology and storytelling, Majulah Hunt invites every resident across generations, abilities and backgrounds, to rediscover the places, people and stories woven into the fabric of our nation.

This week, our Health & Public Service team is embracing the National Day spirit. Colleagues are exploring 61 places across Singapore through Majulah Hunt and NDP mini celebrations - finding connection, discovery and belonging in the city we call home.

At Accenture, we believe going beyond access means building belonging. The true measure of progress isn't how advanced our tools are, but how many people they bring along.

Because no one should be left on the sidelines. An inclusive nation is our most ambitious goal yet.

Together, we're celebrating the unity, teamwork and community spirit that make Singapore extraordinary.

Majulah Singapura. Go Beyond!

What does the future of healthcare look like?

At Smart Health Asia 2026, healthcare leaders, policymakers, and innovators came together to discuss how AI is helping transform care delivery, strengthen health systems, and improve patient outcomes.
One clear takeaway emerged: AI creates the greatest value when it empowers people.

We're excited to continue working with healthcare organizations to build a more connected, intelligent, and human-centered future for health.

Agentic AI is no longer just a productivity tool — it is emerging as a new form of labour. For CIOs, governing this new workforce effectively has become a strategic imperative, with our shrinking labour base and high-cost environment.

Our latest report, Agentic labour and the CIO’s new mandate, explores how CIOs can deploy, operationalise and scale agentic AI as a new class of enterprise capability.

Read the report to find out how you can lead in the agentic era: https://accntu.re/3QUx7ZI

It's your next workforce”, set against a photo of a senior professional at a desk in thought; a stat slide highlighting that more than 50% of working hours across 18 industries are expected to be impacted by AI agents, paired with a photo of three colleagues sharing a candid moment; a slide declaring "The supply of agentic labour needs an owner: the CIO" over an image of a team collaborating around a table with holographic interfaces and a robot; a slide on co-designing the future workforce with the CHRO, noting that 53% of Singapore tech leaders rate skills gaps and AI reskilling as critical, illustrated with an image of two professionals working alongside a small robot with Singapore's skyline in the background; a slide with the message "Redesign the job, then build the skills around it" featuring a CIO quote and an image of four professionals interacting with holographic data displays; and a closing slide inviting readers to "Explore what it takes to lead in the era of agentic AI" with a call to read the latest report, set against a futuristic interior space with two figures and glowing floor lines.]

Organisations that are capturing real growth from AI are the ones treating talent and technology as inseparable, not sequential. Yet our latest report, Singapore’s growth mandate, reveals a telling gap: only 1 in 3 companies have a talent strategy aligned to their AI strategy.

The decisive factor is leadership. To unlock AI’s full potential, redesigning job roles and responsibilities needs to be a CEO-level imperative.

Read the report to discover why our AI future will be won on people, not technology: https://accntu.re/4eqLhL1

[Image description: A 5-slide carousel on the AI and workforce landscape in Singapore: a cover slide with the headline "Your AI strategy has a people problem and it's already costing you"; a stat slide stating only 1 in 3 organisations have a talent strategy fully aligned to their AI strategy, and that 46% have not begun redesigning job roles and responsibilities, set against a photo of a woman working at a glowing screen in a dark room; a slide reading "Skills don't change until the work they are attached to does" with a stat of how only 1 in 4 are embedding learning into daily workflows, paired with a photo of two colleagues reviewing a device together; a slide on the confidence-capability gap showing that while 78% of young Singaporeans use AI regularly, more than 80% have little to no understanding of prompt engineering and AI ethics, illustrated with a photo of three colleagues collaborating in an office; and a closing slide inviting readers to "Discover why Singapore's AI future will be won on people, not technology" with a call to read the latest report, set against a photo of two professionals in conversation.]

What if the risks of fire safety violations could be spotted before they become emergencies?

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), with Accenture, is using data, predictive analytics and gen AI to transform inspections—from enforcement to predictive public safety. Inspections are now 2x more effective, helping the organisation identify fire safety violation risks earlier and intervene faster, so people in Singapore can feel safer at home, at work and in shared spaces.

More than 270 business and industry leaders gathered at the 39th CIO Workshop to examine how agentic and embodied AI are reshaping industries by embedding intelligence into workflows, infrastructure and physical environments, with human in the lead.

The fireside chat with our Guest of Honour, Minister of State Jasmin Lau 刘洁敏 offered perspectives on Singapore’s national AI direction and how government, industry and academia are preparing the current workforce and future generation for an AI native world.

Across sectors and perspectives, one idea stood out: the future of intelligence is not just about what machines can do, but how humans, agents and systems collaborate to create real world value.

Thank you to our participants, Guest of Honour, Minister of State Jasmin Lau, speakers George Yeo, Luka Debeljak, Umang Bhatt, Colin Yip, Chan Hian Lim, Jason Lin, Alan Lim, Celine Le Cottonec and James Fong for making this year’s workshop a resounding success. https://accntu.re/4u5swSC
