Some of the most meaningful conversations in my work happen far from the spotlight.
At a recent regional leadership gathering, I had the opportunity to read Tarot for senior executives representing multiple maisons across LVMH — from fashion to leather goods to travel.
What struck me most wasn't the titles. It was the openness.
Conversations moved quickly from strategy and timing to leadership decisions, transitions, and the personal weight of responsibility.
These sessions are always held in confidence. In high-performance environments, clarity and trust are the true luxuries — a moment to pause, perceive, and see what the noise ordinarily obscures.
