Have you ever felt like you’re constantly “on”—holding it all together on the outside, while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck on the inside?

Many women spend years trying to think their way through stress, anxiety, burnout, or emotional patterns, only to discover that lasting change doesn’t happen through the mind alone.

It happens when we learn to work with the body and nervous system.

At our upcoming *Shifting States* retreat, you’ll learn how to:

✨ Understand the emotional and nervous system state you’re operating from

✨ Learn practical tools to shift stress, overwhelm, and emotional reactivity

✨ Move from survival mode into greater presence, resilience, and self-trust

Through guided somatic practices, breathwork, EFT, movement, reflection, and connection, you’ll experience practical tools to help you regulate, reconnect, and return to yourself.

This is not about fixing yourself.

It’s about creating the conditions for you to thrive.

I was recently shortlisted for 𝑉𝑜𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝐼𝑛𝑓𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 from the Makers & Shapers Award and, honestly, it made me pause.

Because there was a time I didn’t think I had a voice.
Or that my opinions mattered.
So I stayed quiet. I second-guessed myself. I held things in.

Not because I had nothing to say but because somewhere along the way, it didn’t feel safe or worthwhile to say it.

Over time, that changed.
Not overnight. Not perfectly.

But through doing the inner work, learning to trust myself, and slowly speaking up even when it felt uncomfortable.

So this moment isn’t just about recognition.
It’s a reminder of what’s possible when you begin to reclaim your voice.

And if you’re someone who still feels like your voice doesn’t matter
or you find yourself holding back more than you’d like

It’s not that you don’t have a voice.
It’s that something, somewhere, taught you not to use it.

And that can change.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐯𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤.

This is also shaped by the people I’ve learnt from, and the clients who have trusted me with their stories. Thank you for allowing me to use my voice in service of something that’s bigger than me.
