Zen is a nervous system restoration class designed for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or out of balance.

Each session invites you to slow down through gentle movement, guided meditation, or deep rest with sound baths, supporting your body in shifting out of stress and into restoration.

This is where your system softens.
Where breath deepens.
Where your body remembers how to rest.
Arrive as you are, and allow your body to reset naturally.

Every Thursday at 7.30pm.
Each session runs for 60 minutes.

Growing up, I rarely learned how to feel my feelings.
I could be happy.
But sadness, anger, frustration — those emotions often had no safe place to land.

So I suppressed them.

Years later, my body began speaking through exhaustion, tension, inflammation, and autoimmune reactions. Motherhood then amplified everything that had long been waiting underneath the surface.

And maybe some of you understand this too.

Sometimes the transition into motherhood does not break us.
It reveals us.

Though research and awareness are growing, I’ve come to realize through my own journey that anxiety and sadness did not begin in motherhood for me. They were already quietly living inside long before I became a mother.

JUNE AT KINDLE SPACE
Sangha (Community) – “We walk together.”

June invites us toward one another.
A sangha is not just a group of people. It is a circle of belonging. A reminder that growth is not always solitary — sometimes it happens in the squeeze of a hand, in a shared breath, in showing up for someone else and finding yourself there too.

This month, we practice connection. In class, through partner and group work, through our Hand-in-Hand practice — a circle squeeze wave that moves through the room like a quiet reminder: you are not alone in this.

🌿 13 June – Full Day Meditation Retreat A day to slow down and walk together. (Details via link in bio)

Sit with these this June:
Do you feel part of a community right now?
When did a friend show up for you in a way you’ll never forget?
What will you miss most as this season closes?

Take your time with them. There are no right answers — only honest ones.

Bring what you have. That is always enough.

Strong looks different now.
And this is where you build it.

Mama Strong Functional Fitness is a full-body strength class designed for pregnancy and postpartum, helping you feel powerful, capable, and in control of your body again.

We move through functional, strength-based sequences using bodyweight and props, building real strength while protecting your core and pelvic floor.

This is not about pushing blindly. It’s about training with intention, moving with control, and showing up for yourself.

Come as you are.
Leave feeling stronger, steadier, and more confident in your body.

Every Tuesday at 9.30am, Wednesday at 11am, Thursday at 9.30am, and Saturday at 8.30am.
Each session runs for 60 minutes.

If this feels like what you need, book your class via the link in our bio.

Birth is more than techniques, timelines, or performance.
It is hormonal, physiological, emotional, and deeply human.

In this episode, we explore the foundations of physiological birth, the connection between the nervous system, jaw, breath, voice, and pelvic floor, and why feeling safe is a biological part of opening in birth.

We also touch on the role of the vagus nerve, and why the sounds and breathing practices we use in class are not for show, but tools to help you stay present, regulate, and move through intensity.

Alongside this, Kin shares part of her own birth journey, learning to soften, let go of control, and trust the unknown even when things didn’t go according to plan.

Because birth is not about getting it “right.”
It’s about understanding what your body is already trying to do, and learning how to work with it.

The episode closes with a short guided practice to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your voice.

Care for the mother.
Better together.

A one-day meditation retreat for mothers to slow down, reconnect, and be cared for too.

This retreat is created as a space to:

Reduce
distraction, anxiety, overwhelm, and the constant noise of daily life.

Replenish
rest, softness, presence, and the parts of ourselves that are often quietly depleted in motherhood.

Restore
calm, trust, connection, understanding, and a sense of coming back home to the body.

Through guided meditation, mindful practices, sound, rest, and sharing circles, we return to the breath, the nervous system, and the experience of being held in community.

Pregnant and postpartum mothers are welcome 🤍

If you see “Ibu” beside your instructor’s name, it means something deeper than a title.

It means the women guiding you here are doulas and childbirth educators, supporting mothers not only through training and knowledge, but through lived experience.

We don’t teach motherhood, birth, or recovery purely from theory or textbooks.
We teach from having held mothers through labour.
From witnessing transformation firsthand.
From moving through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and everything in between ourselves.

At Kindle Space, our classes are guided with both professional knowledge and deep understanding of what this season can truly feel like.

Because sometimes, what mothers need most isn’t just instruction.
It’s to feel seen by someone who understands.
