You may not always know what a young person is going through.

Behind a smile, a quiet moment or a story left untold, there may be struggles we don't see. And sometimes, what a young person needs most is somewhere safe to turn to.

Through Green Hearth, Project Green Ribbon hopes to provide young people with a safe space to pause, feel supported and find their footing again.

But keeping this space available takes a community.

Your donation can help sustain Green Hearth and make a difference in the lives of young people navigating difficult times. Together, we can help ensure that no young person has to face a crisis alone.

Help us sustain Green Hearth.

Some stories stay with us long after they're told.

THE UNHEARD 2026 brought people together through stories, shared experiences and conversations that remind us of the importance of listening beyond what we see on the surface.

Every story offers a different perspective. Every voice deserves the space to be heard.

As we look back on these moments, may we carry the spirit of THE UNHEARD with us by listening with empathy, challenging our assumptions and making space for stories that often go unheard.

The event may be over, but the conversation continues.

When a young person is in crisis, having a safe place to turn to can make a difference.

For young people navigating difficult moments, finding stability and support is not always easy. Sometimes, what they need most is a space where they can pause, feel heard and begin to find their way forward.

Through Green Hearth, Project Green Ribbon hopes to provide young people with a safe space to regroup and access the support they need during challenging times.

But this work takes a community.

Your donation can help sustain Green Hearth and support young people when they need it most. Every contribution brings us one step closer to making sure that no young person has to navigate a crisis without support.

Help us keep this space open for those who need it.

Today, we gather for THE UNHEARD 2026: Journey Home.

Over the past few weeks, we have been asking questions about crisis, safety, belonging, recovery and what it means to find our way home.

Today, those questions move from the page into the room.

Held in conjunction with World Mental Health Day 2026, Journey Home brings together lived experience, community practice and different perspectives on what it takes to support young people and families through difficult moments and beyond them.

We are honoured to welcome Ms Sun Xueling, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Transport and Ministry of National Development, as our Guest of Honour.

Joining us across the afternoon are Irene Ang, PBM; Dr Lee Cheng; Dr Chua Wei Bin; Charles Tan; and Tok Kheng Leng each bringing a different perspective to the conversation.

There will be stories. There will be reflection. And perhaps most importantly, there will be space to listen.

We are honoured to welcome Ms Sun Xueling as Guest of Honour for THE UNHEARD 2026: Journey Home.

As we mark World Mental Health Day 2026, we come together to listen to the stories that are often left unheard and to recognise the people, relationships and communities that help us find our way home.

Support does not happen in neat boxes. People, organisations and communities each hold different parts of the journey.

Charles Tan joins us at THE UNHEARD 2026: Journey Home to explore how those parts connect.

No one person or organisation can carry every part of someone’s journey. What matters is how well the parts connect.

We’ll bring that conversation into the room at THE UNHEARD 2026: Journey Home.
