Dr Yeo Pei Shan first met Pei Qi and Wan Qin through diabetes ward rounds before becoming their mentor during the National Collaborative Practitioner Prescribing Programme (CP3) in 2019.

Following their completion of the programme, Dr Yeo continued to support them in her role as their collaborating medical practitioner, providing ongoing supervision and mentorship to guide their practice as collaborative prescribers.
