Topical Minoxidil may be suitable for targeting specific areas of mild to moderate hair thinning, with lower systemic exposure.

Oral Minoxidil offers a convenient once-daily option and may be considered for more widespread hair loss or when topical treatment is difficult to maintain.

As oral Minoxidil is not suitable for everyone, a medical consultation is required before starting treatment.

Topical hair treatments may help support hair regrowth when used consistently:

✨ Finasteride helps reduce the effects of DHT, a hormone associated with androgenetic hair loss.

Depending on your condition, Dr Edwin may recommend either a minoxidil spray or a combined minoxidil and finasteride spray following a medical assessment.

For best application, part the hair and spray directly onto the affected areas of the scalp. Spread gently with your fingertips, allow the solution to dry naturally and avoid washing the area for at least four hours.

Hair regrowth takes time. Visible improvement may require approximately 3 to 6 months of consistent treatment, and individual results may vary.
