It's good to see that Green Queen have just slightly updated and republished my original article on Coronavirus Aromatherapy Guide: Essential Oil Do's & Don'ts. Of course, 2 years on, we now all refer to Covid like an old friend (albeit one we wish we didn't have any more), but it's unbelievable to think that when I wrote this in January 2020, we would still be finding it relevant in 2022!

Looking forward to the next 2 days seminar on The Essence of Clinical Aromatherapy. I haven’t been able to attend before as it’s been held in London, but this time it’s virtual. A great way to spend a very rainy, stormy afternoon in Singapore.

I haven’t posted for quite some time. The reason being that we have moved to Singapore. It’s been quite a project moving countries during a global pandemic. Now we find ourselves in quarantine in a hotel room for 14 days before we can finally start our new life here. It’s just for 9 months so I’ll be taking a break from my work in Hong Kong but I’ll be taking the opportunity to catch up on my studies and contemplate my work on our return to Hong Kong early next year.

I've had a couple of people contact me in the last week asking for products for sinus congestion and seasonal sniffles. It seems that despite all the additional hygiene measures in place, there are still some bugs going around. I've made inhalers suitable for children over 3 years of age & adult inhalers with stronger oils that aren't safe for young children. I've also made a neat essential oil blend which can be diffused in the home.
If you are interested to know more, please contact me. I always carry out a short consultation before selling any products to ensure that they are safe and appropriate for the recipient. As a qualified aromatherapist, I am always happy to share my knowledge, particularly where children and safety issues are concerned. Please note, these products are not designed to treat Covid.
