A year ago I was in a hospital bed and I had no idea what my life would look like next. It was one of the hardest times I have ever been through. I was scared and I wondered if things would ever get better.

Today I am in Qatar doing what I love. I am training again. I am smiling again. I am living a life that felt impossible back then.

Life can change so much in just one year. Never lose hope because your worst day does not define your future. Keep going even when it feels impossible. One day you will look back and realize that your hardest chapter made you stronger.

I am grateful for every lesson every setback and every new beginning. ❤️🇶🇦
