Happy New Year and thank you to our friends and supporters!

It's just under one month before we board the plane for Africa, and we are looking to collect some final things for our trip:

2x old suitcases
Reading glasses
Men's formal wear (jackets, trousers, shirts, ties - for the guys to wear in church [this stuff is hard to get hold of in Sierra Leone apparently])
Sanitary towels

If you can donate any of the above, please let us know - it would all be appreciated by us and those we will meet on our trip.

A big thank you to all who contributed to our auction on Sunday - we raised around £900!

So you may know, or you may not but you're about to find out, that we are going to Sierra Leone in February 2020 for a two week Christian medical mission. We're going with EMMA (Evangelistic Medical Mission Abroad) on a team made up of mostly medical professionals and some fantastic ward clerks with great pastoral skills. We'll be running medical clinics in the day and then holding an evening event where people can hear the Good News of Jesus' death, burial and resurrection for their forgiveness. Exciting stuff! We're really buzzing but we need to raise some bare dolla in order to go. We've made this page so people can keep up to speed with all our fundraising activity AND also so that if you're a person who talks to Jesus then you can keep us in your prayers as we prepare to go on this little adventure.
