We were happy to be part of Feel the Love — Alpine Spirit, contributing through the design and facilitation of the Sensory Workshop focused on Aroma Blending.

Guests explored scent and feeling through a hands-on experience, creating their own Alpine Spirit Inhaler to take home.

We’re grateful for the lovely feedback — especially the joy and enthusiasm around the hands-on experience.

For us, this is one expression of Sensory Design — using scent, touch and feeling to create mood, memory and connection that can stay with guests beyond the experience itself.

For us, Sensory Design is about creating experiences through the five senses, with Aroma Blending shaping mood, connection and memory within the Guest Experience and Guest Journey.

When aligned with a brand’s identity, scent can become a Signature Aroma or Scent Identity — something people recognise, remember and associate with a place.

Because sometimes, what stays with us is not what we saw, but how a place made us feel. 🤍

ใน Hands-on Workshop: Thai Herbal Compress (ลูกประคบสมุนไพรไทย) ผู้ประกอบการและ Wellness Practitioners ได้เรียนรู้ถึงบทบาทของลูกประคบ ตั้งแต่การเลือกสมุนไพร องค์ประกอบสำคัญ ไปจนถึงแนวคิดในการนำไปใช้สร้างประสบการณ์ Wellness สำหรับผู้เข้าพัก

From Herbal Wisdom to Meaningful Guest Experiences 🌿

Thai wellness wisdom is not only about knowing the herbs, but understanding the purpose, intention, and story behind each practice.

Through the Hands-on Workshop: Thai Herbal Compress, wellness entrepreneurs and practitioners explored the essence of this traditional practice — from herbal selection and key elements to its role in creating meaningful guest experiences.

By experiencing the process firsthand, they gained the understanding to transform Thai herbal heritage into authentic wellness activities within their own destinations.
