Holly grew up in a ‘new age’ household where her parents b&b was the community space for meditations, talks and workshops.

⭐️ Magical Yoga and Wellness Sanctuary in Pai, Thailand⭐️ A wide range of holistic practices including Yoga, Breathwork, Soundbaths, Kirtan and Integration/Emotional Balancing Workshops Following in her parents footsteps she took a spiritual healing course in her teens and then left it all on the back burner to work in fashion and wander the world. Eventually feeling something was missing from her

life she has come back to her roots, exploring healing modalities in order to help herself and serve others.

⭐️ BREATHWORK in Pai ⭐️

⭐️Wednesday & Saturday 3-5:30pm⭐️500 BAHT ⭐️

A powerful technique of deep, circular breathing through the mouth, allowing you move beyond the thinking mind into an expanded awareness.

⭐️ It works on many levels: For some, breathwork may open the door to profound spiritual experiences and bliss

⭐️ Many experience emotional breakthroughs, processing and releasing stored trauma and blocked energy.

⭐️The breath allows you to see the root cause of issues, softening old patterns and opening space for new ways of being.

I also use Tibetan bowls and tuning forks to help to release stuck energy and emotions

Please do not eat less than 1.5 hours before and wear comfortable clothing
