Health Screening at Star Flower Special Education Center

Star Flower Special Education Center, operating under the (MECC), is a special education center that provides education, training and support for children with diverse learning and developmental needs, including children with learning difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Down syndrome.

Myanmar Health Support (MHS) conducted health screening activities at Star Flower Special Education Center to assess the children’s health conditions, identify their healthcare needs, and help ensure that appropriate support and care can be provided in a timely manner.

“Every child with special educational needs deserves access to healthcare. Through these health screening activities, MHS aims to support their health, learning and overall development, helping them improve their well being and participate more fully in daily life,” said an MHS representative.

ဇွန် ၁ ၊ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် ကရေးသားမှုကို ပြန်လည်မျှဝေပါသည်။

ယနေ့ခေတ်တွင် လက်ကိုင်ဖုန်းများကို ဆက်သွယ်ရေးအတွက် သာမကဖျော်ဖြေရေးပစ္စည်းအဖြစ် အများစုက စွဲလန်းစွာအသုံးပြုလာကြပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။

မိုဘိုင်းဖုန်းများကလည်း Computer အသေးစားအထိ အဆင့်မြင့်လာပြီ ဖြစ်သည်။
လူမှုကွန်ရက် ပေါ်တွင် ရုပ်ရှင်များ ဂိမ်းများနှင့် သီချင်းများကို လက်ကိုင်ဖုန်းနှင့်တွင်တွင်ကျယ်ကျယ် အသုံးပြုလာကြသည်။

သုံးစွဲသူများသည် ဖုန်းကို မိမိ၏အစိတ်အပိုင်းတခုကဲ့သို့ သဘောထားလာကြသည်။
တိုးတက်သောနည်းပညာခေတ်ကြီးတွင်အရာရာလျင်မြန်လာသကဲ့သို့ လူသားများ၏ရုန်းကန်ကြိုးစားမှုသဘာဝသည်လည်း တဖက်တွင်လျော့ကျလာသည်ကို တွေ့မြင်ရသည်။
အရာရာလျင်မြန်လာသောခေတ်ကြီးတွင်လူသားများသည်နှောင့်နှေးမှုကိုလက်မခံကြတော့သလိုတနည်းစိတ်မရှည်ခြင်းကိုသိသာစွာမြင်တွေ့ရသည်။
စမတ်ဖုန်းကို လူကြီးလူငယ်မရွေး အသုံးပြုလာကြသလို အထူးသဖြင့်နုနယ်ပျိုမြစ်သောကလေးငယ်များ လက်ကိုင်ဖုန်းအသုံးပြုခြင်းသည် အထူးဂရုပြုရမည့်အချက်ဖြစ်လာသည်။
ကလေးငယ်များနှင့်ကျောင်းသားလူငယ်များ ဂိမ်း ကစားခြင်းကိုစွဲလန်းလာကြသည်။
ထိုနည်းအတူ အခြားသောလူမှုကွန်ယက်များနှင့် ဝက်ဆိုဒ် များသည် အမှားအမှန်ခွဲခြားနိုင်မှုအားနည်းသည့်ကလေးငယ်များအတွက်အန္တရာယ်ရှိလှသည်။
ဝိသမလောဘသားကောင်းများနှင့် လိင်အမြတ်ထုတ်လိုသူများသည်လည်း စမတ်ဖုန်းများမှတဆင့်ချဉ်းကပ်လာကြသည်။အခြားသော လိမ်လည်မှုများသည် ဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာများတွင် ရေပန်းစားလာသည်။
ထို့ကြောင့်လက်ကိုင်ဖုန်းများကိုအရွယ်မရောက်သူကလေးများအတွက်ကန့်သတ်ချက်(တနည်း)ဆက်သွယ်ရန်အတွက်၊ ခဏတာ အပန်းဖြေရန် အတွက်သာသုံးနိုင်ရန် မိဘအပါဝင် အုပ်ထိန်းသူများက စိစစ်သင့်ပေသည်။
ကဏ္ဍစုံလင်သောလက်ကိုင်ဖုန်းများကိုကလေးများစွဲလန်းစွာသုံးခြင်းဖြင့် လူမှုရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဆိုးကျိုးများလည်း များစွာ ရှိလာနိုင်သည်။
(၁)ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နှင့်အဆက်ပြတ်၍ အထီးကျန်ဆန်လာခြင်း။
(၂)ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်တတ်သောအလေ့ (Team work)မရှိခြင်း။
(၃)တစ်ကိုယ်ကောင်းဆန်လာခြင်း။
(၄)စိတ်တိုလွယ်ခြင်း။
(၅)ကျောင်းစာကိုစိတ်မဝင်စားခြင်းနှင့် လူမှုရေးဆိုင်ရာပြသာနာများအပြင် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာထိခိုက်မှုများလည်းရှိလာနိုင်သည်။
ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ပြဿနာများမှာ
(၁)ဖုန်းမျက်နှာပြင်ကိုအကြည့်များ၍မျက်စေ့မှုန်ခြင်း။
(၂)မျက်ကြည်လွှာယောင်ယမ်းခြင်း။
(၃)ဂိမ်းများအဆော့လွန်သောအခါအကြောဆွဲသကဲ့သို့ဖြစ်ခြင်း
(၄)အာရုံကြောအားနည်းခြင်း။
(၅)အလွန်အကျွံအသုံးပြုပါကဝက်ရူးပြန်တတ်ခြင်းတို့အပြင်အခြားသောစာရိတ္တပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာပြသာနာများလည်းရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။
ထို့အပြင် ကြမ်းတမ်းသောဂိမ်းများ က ရန်လိုလာခြင်းများလည်း ရှိလာနိုင်သည်။ထိုနည်းအတူ တရားမဝင် လိင်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ websites များကြည့်မိသဖြင့်အရွယ်မတိုင်မှီလိင်စိတ်လွန်ကဲခြင်းများလည်းဖြစ်လာနိုင်သည်။

ထို့ပြင် ရာဇဝတ်မှုများကိုဂိမ်း ထဲကအတိုင်း ကျူးလွန်ရန်ဝန်မလေးခြင်း(အရွယ်မတိုင်မှီရာဇဝတ်ကောင်များဖြစ်တတ်ခြင်း) နှင့် အရွယ်မတိုင်မှီအိမ်ထောင်သားမွေးဖြစ်တတ်ခြင်းတို့ဖြစ်နိုင်ပါသည်။

ဒါကြောင့်မလို ဆိုရှယ်မီဒီယာနှင့် မိုဘိုင်းဖုန်းသည် တန်ဆေးလွန်ဘေးဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် မိဘ၊ဆရာ များအနေဖြင့် စနစ်တကျ ထိန်းသိမ်းကြတ်မတ်နိုင်စေရန် တိုက်တွန်းအကြံပြုအပ်ပါသည်။
