Personalized Planning in Breast Augmentation Surgery

The goal of breast augmentation is not simply to increase volume. It is to create a balanced appearance by evaluating the chest structure, existing breast tissue, skin elasticity, breast base width, and natural differences between the two breasts.

In this case, the preoperative volume difference was taken into account. A 350 cc implant was placed in the right breast and a 325 cc implant in the left breast. Using implants of different sizes may help reduce asymmetry in carefully selected patients.

The image shows the result at one month after surgery. At this stage, swelling, tissue tightness, and implant settling may still continue. Therefore, the breasts may develop a softer, more natural, and balanced appearance over the following months.

Implant volume alone does not determine the final result. The appropriate implant should be selected individually according to detailed examination, anatomical measurements, and the patient’s expectations.

Our patient applied to our clinic due to lipedema, a condition that causes disproportionate fat accumulation in the legs, tenderness, pain, and a decrease in daily life comfort.

Following a detailed medical evaluation, liposuction was planned as part of the treatment approach for lipedema. In the image, the early-stage change seen in the 3rd week after surgery is shown.

The goal of lipedema treatment is not only to improve aesthetic appearance, but also to help reduce complaints such as pain, pressure sensation, limited mobility, and symptoms that affect quality of life.

Liposuction Surgery – 3 Weeks Post-Op | 10,000 cc Removed ✨

Our patient came to us after struggling with stubborn fat that did not respond to diet or exercise.

What parts of the body are fat injections most commonly performed on?
Autologous fat injection is mostly used to enlarge lips, eliminate the wrinkles around the mouth, fill out the cheekbones and even enlarge the lower jaw a bit.
This procedure can also be used to correct deformations that have occurred after an accident. For example, if there is an indentation on the forehead, this area can be corrected by injecting autologous fat.

An welchen Körperstellen werden Fettinjektionen am häufigsten durchgeführt?
Die Eigenfettinjektion wird meistens eingesetzt, um die Lippen im zu vergrößern, die Falten am Mund zu beseitigen, die Wangenknochen aufzufüllen und sogar den Unterkiefer etwas zu vergrößern.
Mit diesem Verfahren können auch nach einem Unfall aufgetretene Deformationen korrigiert werden. Befindet sich beispielsweise eine Vertiefung auf der Stirn, kann diese Stelle durch eine Injektion mit Eigenfett korrigiert werden.
