7 days post-op. Swelling and all. 🤍
No filter. Nothing hidden. Just an honest look at an arm lift one week in.
Already firmer, already smoother — and that fine scar keeps fading from here. This is the raw early stage most clinics wait to post.
Every step planned and performed personally by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Koçak.

This is what "getting your body back" can actually look like 🤍

Not a filter, not a good angle — a real result. After pregnancy the tummy muscles separate and the skin loses its hold, and no amount of training brings them back once that's happened.

A mummy makeover can — muscle repair to flatten and rebuild the core, a lift to restore the breasts, the loose skin removed. One surgery, one recovery, one result you can actually see.

Every step planned and performed personally by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Koçak — one surgeon, from your first message to the day you fly home.

Ready to see what's realistic for your body? Comment MUMMY or DM us — we'll talk you through it honestly 🤍

Here's something most people are never told: you don't always need implants to restore fullness and shape — and for some women, breast surgery isn't about size at all. It's about relief. 🤍

After pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight changes, breasts can lose volume up top and sit lower. A breast lift can reshape and lift using your own natural tissue — repositioning it higher and restoring fullness with nothing added.

And if heavier breasts are causing you back, neck or shoulder pain, bra strap grooves, or posture problems — a reduction combined with a lift may ease that weight while creating a lifted, natural shape at the same time. For many women it's as much about comfort as appearance.

Whether a lift alone, a reduction, or implants could be right for you depends entirely on your body — and that's exactly what an honest consultation is for.

Every procedure is planned and performed personally by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Koçak — one surgeon looking after you from your first message to long after you fly home.

Curious what could be possible for you? Comment NATURAL or DM us — we'll tell you honestly what's realistic for your body 🤍

Here's what a lot of people don't realise: you don't always need several separate procedures to reshape your whole middle. 🤍

360 liposuction and a tummy tuck with muscle repair can be done together — the lipo sculpts the full waistline front to back, while the tummy tuck can bring the muscles back together and firm the tummy. One recovery, one beautifully balanced result.

It's completely normal to feel like nothing you've tried has quite worked — and there can be a very real, structural reason why.

Every step planned and performed personally by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Koçak.

360 Liposuction & Tummy Tuck — A Flatter Waist, A More Defined You. ✨

360 Liposuction & Tummy Tuck is a comprehensive body contouring procedure designed to sculpt the waistline and transform the abdominal area. While 360 liposuction removes stubborn fat from the abdomen, waist, flanks, and lower back, a tummy tuck removes excess skin and tightens the abdominal wall to create a flatter, firmer, and more contoured silhouette.

No agencies. No middlemen. Your procedure is planned and performed personally by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ömer Faruk Koçak — a real surgeon who looks after you from your first message to long after you fly home.
