“Hocam, hepsini aynı anda mı yaptırmam gerekiyor?” diye çok soruluyor. Aslında hayır. 🙂

Bazı işlemleri rahatlıkla farklı zamanlara bölebiliyoruz. Ama bazı bölgelerde, önce yapılan işlem sonrakini zorlaştırabiliyor. Özellikle gıdı ve boyun bölgesinde planlamayı baştan doğru yapmak önemli.

Bu ayrım neden önemli, hangi işlemleri birlikte planlamak daha doğru; videoda örneklerle anlattım. Aklınızda benzer bir soru varsa, bir göz atabilirsiniz.

Some procedures can easily be planned at different times. But in certain areas, having one procedure first can make a future procedure more challenging. This is especially important when planning procedures for the chin and neck area.

Bulldog ameliyatında yüzü yukarı doğru kaldırıyoruz diye dudak da otomatik olarak istediğimiz kadar yukarı çıkacak mı? Aslında her zaman öyle olmuyor.

Yüz germe ile lip lift farklı bölgeleri etkiliyor. Bu yüzden bazı hastalarda, özellikle üst dudak mesafesi uzunsa veya dudak yapısı bunu gerektiriyorsa, lip lift de plana eklenebiliyor.

Yani “Yüzüm kalktı, dudağım da bundan fayda görür mü?” sorusunun cevabı kişiden kişiye değişiyor.

When we lift the face during a Bulldog procedure, does that mean the lips will automatically lift as much as we want? Not always.

A facelift and a lip lift target different areas. That’s why, in some patients—especially when the distance between the nose and upper lip is longer or the lip anatomy requires it—a lip lift may also be included in the surgical plan.

So, the answer to “If my face is lifted, will my lips benefit from it too?” varies from person to person.

Anestezi yok, ağrı yok, kesi yok o zaman doktor da yok!

Kesisiz, anestezisiz, ağrısız ve üstelik kas onarımı…

👂🏻😅Kulağa çok iyi geliyor ama böyle iddialarda biraz durup yöntemin gerçekten nasıl uygulandığını sorgulamak gerekiyor. Çünkü yüzün derin dokularına müdahale edilen işlemlerde cerrahi teknik, anestezi ve iyileşme süreci çoğu zaman işin bir parçası.

👂🏻😅 It sounds very appealing, but when claims like these are made, it is worth taking a closer look at how the procedure is actually performed. Because in procedures involving the deeper tissues of the face, surgical technique, anesthesia, and a recovery period are often part of the process.

Her plastik cerrah her estetik işlemi yapabilir ama zamanla herkesin eli biraz başka yere gider. 😄

Her ameliyatı yapabiliyor olmak, her ameliyatı yapmak zorunda olduğunuz anlamına gelmiyor.

Meslekte zaman geçtikçe insan hangi alanda daha iyi hissettiğini, neyi yaparken daha çok heyecan duyduğunu fark ediyor. Benim için bu alan zamanla yüz estetiği oldu. Bir noktadan sonra mesele daha çok işlem yapmak değil, bir alanda gerçekten derinleşmek. ☺️✅

Every plastic surgeon can perform a wide range of aesthetic procedures, but over time, everyone naturally gravitates toward a certain area. 😄

Being able to perform every procedure doesn’t mean you have to perform every procedure.

As you gain experience, you start to realize which area feels right for you and what kind of work genuinely excites you. For me, over time, that area became facial aesthetics.

At some point, it’s no longer about doing more procedures; it’s about truly specializing and going deeper in one area. ☺️✅

Estetikte “ne kadar pahalı, o kadar iyi” diye bir denklem yok. Ucuza yaptırdım diye kötü olacak diye bir şey de yok, çok para verdim diye sonuç garanti değil.

👉🏻Bence asıl mesele şu: Doktorunuza güveniyor musunuz? Aklınızdaki her şeyi rahatça sorabiliyor musunuz? Riskleri açık açık konuşabiliyor musunuz? Cevaplar içinize siniyor mu?

Fiyat ikinci planda. Önce sağlık, sonra güven, sonra gerisi. 🙌🏻

Doktor seçerken Instagram takipçi sayısına güvenilir mi? 👀

👍🏻Sosyal medyada yüksek takipçi sayısı güven verici görünebilir ancak sosyal medya başarısıyla hekimlik deneyimi her zaman paralel değildir. Doktor seçiminde yapılan işlemlerdeki deneyim, yaklaşım ve en önemlisi birebir görüşmede kurulan güven ilişkisi çok daha belirleyicidir.

💬Kısacası, rakamlardan önce hasta-hekim ilişkisine bakmak gerekir.

⬆️Yüz germe sonrası ilk günlerde şişlik ve morluk görünce insanın aklından “Ben ne yaptım?” diye geçebiliyor. Özellikle ilk 7–10 gün biraz sabır istiyor ama ödem azaldıkça yüz oturmaya, sonuç da kendini göstermeye başlıyor. Sonrasında ise o ilk günlerin telaşı yerini, yeni görünüme alışmanın heyecanına bırakıyor.
