👉🏻Yüz sarkmalarında sadece yaşa bakmıyoruz. Cildin yapısı, bağ dokusu, kolajen ve elastin kaybı da karar verirken oldukça önemli.

👉🏻Daha genç hastalarda mümkün olduğunca ameliyatsız ya da daha küçük işlemlerle ilerlemeyi tercih ediyoruz. Ancak genetik olarak erken yaşta belirgin sarkma varsa, en iyi sonucu almak için cerrahi seçenekleri de değerlendirebiliyoruz.

⤵️Does the approach differ for younger patients with lower-face sagging?

👉🏻When evaluating facial sagging, age is not the only factor we consider. Skin quality, connective tissue structure, and the loss of collagen and elastin also play an important role in determining the most appropriate approach.

👉🏻For younger patients, we generally prefer non-surgical or less invasive procedures whenever possible. However, when significant sagging develops at an early age due to genetic factors, surgical options may also be considered to achieve the best possible outcome.

Sosyal medya filtreleri güzellik algımızı değiştiriyor mu?

📷 Bence estetik algısını en çok bozan şeylerden biri sosyal medya filtreleri. Çünkü çoğu zaman doğal olmayan görüntüler, gerçekçi olmayan beklentiler oluşturabiliyor.

Bu yüzden sosyal medyada gördüğümüz her işleme hemen inanmak yerine biraz durup düşünmek gerekiyor. Ben hastalarıma her zaman şunu söylüyorum: Doğal bulmadığınız, yılların testinden geçmemiş hiçbir işlemi yaptırmayın.☺️
