由城市之光關懷協會所設立，以基督的心為心、愛人如己，提供課後無人陪伴、或用餐時間不正常的兒童及青少年，一個安全、有愛的課後環境，讓兒少遠離街頭、避免落入試探；協助完成功課，提供餐食，並有團康活動，建立良好品格。
「大衛王少年學園」之命名，取自聖經中大衛王的故事，大衛在孩童時期是被忽略、在曠野放羊的孩子，然而～上帝使大衛進到皇宮中學習，後來，大衛成為偉大的君王。
盼望來到大衛王的孩子，對自己有新認識，對生命有新盼望，敢於面對挑戰，不怕失敗，有強韌的領袖特質！
