“Sometimes, only after letting go
do we realize it was never that important.” ✨
is the natural one.
After five egg retrievals,
three failed embryo transfers,
and countless tears,
did she still have the courage to try again?

She was an immune-related fertility patient who had already gone through five IVF cycles and three failed embryo transfers.
Her AMH level had dropped to only 0.8.
She came to seek answers for why her previous IVF attempts had failed.
Previously, she had undergone an ERA (Endometrial Receptivity Analysis),
which suggested her implantation window was 144 hours — 24 hours later than average.
All three previous transfers had strictly followed the ERA timing recommendation.
However, considering her age,
and the fact that eight blastocysts had already been transferred over time,
it was difficult to believe that none of the embryos had normal potential.
Dr. Liu suggested that perhaps it was time to let go of the “144-hour” fixation
and try a different approach.
As a nurse herself,
she strongly believed in the importance of ERA and initially found it difficult to accept another strategy.
But Dr. Liu encouraged her to trust her own body
and proceed with a natural cycle embryo transfer instead.
Letting go of the painful past —
especially those “144 hours” —
was not easy.
In fact,
following the ERA timing would have been the easier choice for the doctor.
But Dr. Liu spent far more than “144 hours”
trying to convince her to believe in a new possibility.
She told him,
“This will be my final attempt to have my first baby.”
Eventually, she agreed to proceed with a natural cycle transfer.
With the transfer of just one embryo,
she finally became pregnant. ✨
As an immune-related patient,
her immune care was then managed together with a specialized immunology team.
She recently delivered her baby safely

Some journeys to parenthood

This couple had been trying to conceive since 2017.
They went through natural conception attempts, traditional treatments, and IUI
but year after year, there was still no good news.
After coming to Taiwan IVF Group,

This is the warmest full-month gift,

She had PCOS and struggled with irregular ovulation.
After more than three years of marriage,
there was still no good news.
They had tried ovulation medications and timed in*******se many times without success.
After more than a year of trying,
I could see the pressure and emotional exhaustion they were experiencing,
so I suggested changing the treatment approach.
They then decided to try IUI,
and this time, she successfully became pregnant.
