Have you seen the news?? New teacher Mariea is bringing the power at 4:30p every Wednesday. Her grounded presence and thoughtful approach make this midweek practice a fantastic opportunity to build strength, kindle your breath, and reconnect with yourself.

“I’ve been committed to a daily asana practice for nearly a decade, and through it I’ve learned to trust myself, meet myself with kindness, and deepen my awareness of the patterns and stories I carry. Over time, the practice has become a reflection of how I move through life off the mat, teaching me patience, presence, and compassion.

I teach because I know how healing and empowering it can be to show up exactly as you are each day. My hope is to help others create more space within themselves through breath, movement, presence, and love.

I believe our daily practices can become a beautiful exploration of how we live our lives.”

Join Maria for a class soon!

Join Kristin and Michele Venegas of Soul Song for our monthly 60-minute Full Moon guided meditation; bathed in sound designed to connect you to the rhythms of the moon and connect to its healing energy.

You’ll be guided through a meditation that helps calm your nervous system and release negative emotions as you experience the sound of crystal singing bowls, drums, and more to loosen your muscles, and wash away tension, and stress.

The class can leave you feeling grounded, at peace, with a healthy sense of well-being.

Our monthly New Moon Nidra + Live Music event – this month on Monday, April 13 at 7:30 - is offered as an invitation to turn your attention to beginnings and renew your creative energies.

Mark the new moon with guided meditation and yoga nidra, or ‘yogic sleep,’ a state or relaxation between wakefulness and sleep by candle light, led by Tina and Stevie, accompanied by Hannah Laine.

Featured live musician, Hannah Laine, is a Grand Rapids–based singer, songwriter, pianist, and loop artist whose music blends soul, jazz, and experimental soundscapes into an intimate, emotionally rich experience. Known for her warm vocal tone, layered harmonies, and intuitive approach to live looping, Hannah creates immersive performances that feel both spontaneous and deeply intentional.

A lifelong vocalist and intuitive writer with roots in piano and choral music, she crafts songs that explore healing, inner transformation, and the quiet spaces of the human experience. Her live sets often unfold like sound paintings—building from minimal piano lines into swirling vocal textures, rhythmic loops, and meditative grooves.

Live Music hosted by Dogtown Studio.
