Teaching makes me a better therapist—and working hands-on with clients makes me a better instructor.
Each week, I work with people dealing with chronic pain, restricted movement, muscular tension, and problems that have not improved with routine massage. My goal is not simply to work where it hurts. I look at the entire body, identify possible causes, restore function, and help each client move and feel better.
When I’m not treating clients, I’m helping train the next generation of massage therapists at On the Spot Massage Academy. I teach our students the same anatomy, clinical reasoning, assessment skills, and hands-on principles I use in my own practice.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is treating the place that hurts without asking *why* it hurts.

Pain is often the body’s way of telling us that something else isn’t moving, stabilizing, or functioning the way it should.

That’s why I spend so much time looking for the cause—not just chasing the symptoms.

My goal isn’t to help you feel better for an hour.

My goal is to help you understand *why* your body is asking for help in the first place.
