We have officially entered the part of the week where Monday is a distant trauma, Friday is waving at us from across the parking lot, and Wednesday is standing in the middle yelling, “KEEP GOING, CHAMP!”

New month, fresh start! 🌿✨

A new month is a great reminder to slow down, reset, and check in on the people we love — especially our seniors.

Here are a few helpful beginning-of-the-month tips:

✅ Review upcoming doctor appointments
✅ Refill medications before they run low
✅ Check insurance cards, IDs, and important paperwork
✅ Make sure emergency contacts are updated
✅ Plan a visit, phone call, or lunch date with your loved one
✅ Ask how they’re really doing — sometimes the little check-ins mean the most

And remember, at Mesa Springs Healthcare Center, we’re here to help families feel supported, informed, and confident when it comes to skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care.

Around here, Fridays come with good company, great care, and residents who know how to bring the fun better than most of us ever could. Honestly, if weekend vibes were a therapy goal… we’d be crushing it. 😂
