I kept watching people underline every page of The Body Keeps the Score and still feel stuck.

The knowledge was there. The shift was not.

So I built the Integration Circle.

I host an 8-week, clinician-facilitated psychoeducational group in Abilene for high-functioning adults who understand their trauma intellectually, but still feel it in their body, relationships, and daily nervous system.

We move through the book’s core ideas together, not as a book club, but as a lived practice with guided somatic work, honest reflection, and a small cohort of eight.
