Gov. Kelly Ayotte signed legislation (HB 1705) to make New Hampshire the first state in the country to extend its own Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to the 7,000 volunteer first responders. https://trib.al/n8VLTFB

You are never alone.

As first responders, veterans, dispatchers, healthcare professionals, and those who serve our communities, we’re trained to answer the call for others. Sometimes the hardest call to answer is the one for ourselves.

At the Plymouth County CISM Team, we believe that asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and taking care of yourself allows you to continue taking care of others.

Whether you need a conversation, a listening ear, or support after a difficult call, we’re here. No judgment. No stigma. Just peers helping peers.

Check in on your crew. Check in on your family. Check in on yourself.

Because one conversation can make all the difference.

Today, as our nation celebrates 250 years of Independence, we pause to honor the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment of the men and women who have defended the freedoms we enjoy every day.

On this Fourth of July, we remember the generations of veterans who answered the call to serve, from the birth of our nation to those serving today. Their dedication, along with the support of their families, has helped preserve the ideals of liberty, democracy, and service that define America.

As a team committed to supporting first responders, veterans, and their families, we recognize that the spirit of service does not end when the uniform comes off. We are grateful for your sacrifices and remain committed to standing beside those who have stood for all of us.

From all of us at the Plymouth County Critical Incident Stress Management Team, we wish everyone a safe, meaningful, and Happy Independence Day.

Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸

Last night, members of the Plymouth County CISM Team had the privilege of receiving the proceeds from our team’s participation in this year’s BFit Challenge, proudly sponsored by 22 Mohawks.

The evening was about much more than a check presentation. It was an opportunity to connect with other like-minded organizations, all working toward the same goal—supporting positive mental health, building resilience, and preventing su***de within our veteran and first responder communities.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to 22 Mohawks, and especially to Dave and Stacy, for your continued partnership and unwavering commitment to those who serve. Your support allows organizations like ours to continue providing confidential peer support and critical resources to first responders and veterans when they need them most.

We are incredibly grateful for everything you do and are honored to stand alongside you in this important mission.

Together, we are making a difference.

Happy Father’s Day to all the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, and father figures in our first responder and veteran communities!

Today, we especially want to recognize the dads who are working their shift instead of spending the day at home. Thank you for making yet another sacrifice so others can be safe. Your families share in that sacrifice, and we hope you know how much it is appreciated.

We also want to recognize the moms who fill both roles, carrying the responsibilities of both mother and father with incredible strength and love.

From all of us at the Plymouth County CISM Team, thank you for everything you do—both at home and in service to your communities.

Happy Father’s Day. Stay safe, and take care of one another. 💙
