📣 Meet the Abington Human Relations Commission – Mondays!

Who are the people serving on the Abington Human Relations Commission? Starting next Monday, we’re excited to introduce you to the dedicated volunteers who work to promote inclusion, equity, respect, and belonging throughout our community.

Over the next seven weeks, we’ll feature one HRC commissioner each Monday, sharing a little about who they are, what inspired them to serve, and why they’re passionate about helping make Abington Township a welcoming place for everyone.

We hope you’ll follow along, get to know the people behind the HRC, and say hello when you see us out in the community!

Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected Abington—one relationship at a time.

Yesterday was a wonderful reminder of what makes our Abington community so special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by the Human Relations Commission table at National Night Out to connect, ask questions, share ideas, and celebrate with us. Events like these strengthen relationships, build trust, and remind us that when neighbors come together, our community grows stronger.

Thank you to all of the organizers, first responders, community partners, and families who made this evening such a success. We loved being part of it and look forward to seeing you at future HRC events!
