How we did it down here ⬇️

When you don’t know how to regulate your nervous system, a simple argument can turn into a fight because your body is triggered.

You’re not reacting to what is happening in the present moment. You’re reacting to something that hurt you in the past.

When you do nervous system regulation work, you know how to react in the present moment and have healthy loving conversations.

If you want help with this, comment “regulated” and I’ll send you the details to work with me 1:1.

How to do that down here ⬇️

Imagine you walk into the kitchen and see sugar everywhere, oh wait, you don’t have to imagine it, this is a typical Tuesday for you... 😝

When you’re dysregulated, you get triggered easily, and react in ways you don’t feel good about later.

When you’re regulated, you react in ways you do feel good about later.

So come get regulated with me.

My 1:1 coaching takes you from depleted, resentful and overloaded to resourced, playful and present, even in the hardest, most uncomfortable moments.

If you’re curious, comment “regulated”

What changed down here ⬇️

2 years ago we thought we were going on a magical vacation. But chaos ensued.

I realized we weren’t on the same page about our expectations and we weren’t holding space for each other’s emotions.

Now we’re doing both and having so much fun even right at home.

This is the work I do with my clients.

If you want to feel regulated instead of triggered and reactive with your family so you can enjoy vacations and time at home, comment “fun” and I’ll send you the details.

Full practice down here ⬇️

When you finally get a moment to yourself and all the emotions you’ve been hiding underneath your busy schedule rise to the surface...

I got you. Try this:

1) Identify. Just naming what you are feeling can tame it’s power over you

2) Welcome. Using the box breath, welcome the feeling into your body for transmutation. (Yes this is the part most of us miss!)

3) Accept. Objectively accepting that this feeling is here, not that you have to befriend it forever is the key to letting it go, or making it bigger.

4) Release or Expand. Depending on whether this is a high frequency or low frequency feeling, we can use your heart’s electromagnetic field to dissipate it or amplify it!

Instead of offing ☠️ your whole family... ⬇️

The next time your kids science project is due, your husband is asking when dinner will be ready, you haven’t had a second to yourself all day, and you feel like you’re about to explode, try the voo breath.

The voo breath is a breathing technique from Peter Levine, a renowned trauma therapist, that stimulates the vagus which is the longest nerve in the body responsible for calming our system.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath in and on the exhale, let out a long voooooo with a hum you can feel all the way down to your belly button.

You’ll feel the relief while interrupting whatever pattern is happening around you that’s stealing your sanity 😜

If you want more tools to regulate your nervous system so you start making your own needs a priority, grab one of my 1:1 spots.

We’ll rewire your brain so you don’t keep losing your s**t in these moments. 😘
