We could go on and on with these statements.

We could discuss B12 under 400 😮‍💨

And talk about how young men are experiencing low testosterone at an all time high and many have NO CLUE 😮‍💨

Or how about cortisol dominance being a huge issue!

You've been told your labs are "normal" for far too long!

This is why you have the common symptoms, conditions and diseases.

Optimal labs are not "normal" labs.

The difference is someone is searching for disease and the other is searching for dis-ease.

The biggest difference being struggling versus being symptom free.

Comment "HEALTH" below and we'll share with you, our way of getting to the root causes of your health struggles, before the symptoms get worse.

🚨 UNPOPULAR OPINION: You can have a GOOD doctor who's completely WRONG for YOU.

Read that again. 👀

Just because someone has years of education, a wall full of credentials, and a packed schedule doesn't automatically mean they're the best fit for YOUR health journey.

Here's what matters:

Are they LISTENING to you?

Are they asking questions beyond your symptoms?

Are they explaining WHY they're recommending something?

Are they willing to acknowledge what they don't know?

And most importantly… do you feel like you're part of the conversation about YOUR OWN BODY?

Because healthcare shouldn't feel like you're sitting in the passenger seat of your own life.

You deserve a healthcare team that listens, communicates, and works WITH you.

🔥 NOW LET'S GET BLUNT:

Have you EVER left a doctor's appointment feeling unheard, dismissed, or more confused than when you walked in?

👇 YES OR NO. Drop your answer in the comments. And if you're comfortable, tell us what happened.

Someone else might need to know they're not the only one.

What if the biggest thing standing between you and better health isn't what you know… but what you're afraid to change? 🌱

We see it all the time.

People want more energy, better sleep, improved digestion, balanced hormones, and to feel like themselves again.

But change can be uncomfortable.

Because improving your health might mean:

🌿 Rethinking the foods you've eaten your entire life.

🌿 Taking a closer look at your daily habits.

🌿 Learning to prioritize sleep and recovery.

🌿 Setting boundaries around stress and your time.

🌿 Letting go of the quick fixes and committing to consistent changes.

And sometimes, the hardest part isn't knowing what to do.

It's stepping outside of what's familiar long enough to discover what could be different.

At The Wellness Way Ada, we believe your health journey deserves more than a one-size-fits-all approach. We work to understand your individual health challenges and help you make informed, sustainable changes.

You don't have to change everything overnight.

But you do have to be willing to start somewhere.

💚 Don't let the fear of changing keep you stuck in the frustration of staying the same.

Inflammation isn’t just “bad luck,” aging, or your body randomly turning against you.

It’s a SIGNAL.

And if your body is waving red flags like:
➡️ fatigue
➡️ weight struggles
➡️ infertility
➡️ hormone chaos
➡️ autoimmune symptoms
➡️ thyroid issues
➡️ blood sugar problems
…maybe it’s time we stop normalizing it and start asking why it’s happening in the first place.

That’s exactly what we’ll be diving into at our upcoming Inflammation Talks. 👏

Because inflammation doesn’t appear out of nowhere.
Your body is responding to something.
✨ Food.
✨ Stress.
✨ Gut dysfunction.
✨ Blood sugar swings.
✨ Toxic load.
✨ Nervous system stress.
✨ Hormonal imbalance.
The question is… are you listening before the whisper becomes a scream?

If you’re tired of being told:
“Everything looks normal” while you still feel miserable… this event is for YOU.
🗓Next Event:
✔️ Thursday October 15 at 6:30pm

Fatigue 😴 is real and makes the day to day that much harder. The days are slow🐢, but the weeks are fast💨. This only gets amplified when you’re constantly tired.

Some of the things testing can tell us:

1️⃣ Cortisol levels
2️⃣ Poor diet - lacking nutrients, not eating enough, too much inflammatory foods
3️⃣ Chronic illness - think about when you have a cold, you’re tired, and rightfully so, but th same thing applies to other chronic issues. You’re body is fighting to defend itself.
4️⃣ Anemia - b vitamins or iron issues
5️⃣ Autoimmune issues - this can vary greatly
Thyroid issue - you need more than a TSH and T4 to fully understand this one
6️⃣ Electrolyte imbalance or dehydration

If you’re tired of being tired, give us a like 👍 and follow 👉 for more.

Colonoscopies can be of great diagnostic value, but they don’t give any information on how to actually restore gut health and function.

GI testing (the stool test) tells us how your digestive system is actually working, and what it needs to improve. Food allergy testing tells us what is pulling inflammatory triggers with each meal.

Both serve a valuable role, neither one alone tells us everything.

If colonoscopies told us everything, people wouldn’t be looking for people like us for answers. And gut issues would be near non-existent given how many colonoscopies are done every year.

Comment “Gut” if you’d like to learn more about what we do.

I spend my days helping people ask better questions about their health.

Then I became the one lying in a hospital bed.

And let me tell you… it hits a little different when YOU’RE the one in the gown. 😅

I went into surgery knowing that sometimes modern medicine is exactly what we need—especially when the damage is already done and your body needs help that supplements, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and “doing all the right things” simply cannot provide.

But what happened before surgery, what they found, and what the days AFTER surgery looked like gave me an entirely different perspective.

Because being the coach doesn’t make you immune from being the person with symptoms.

It doesn’t mean your body never struggles.

And it sure as hell doesn’t mean you have all the answers when it’s happening to YOU.

This experience reminded me of something I tell our clients all the time:

Your symptoms are information.

Sometimes you need to investigate. Sometimes you need to support the body. Sometimes you need another set of eyes. And sometimes… you need the damn surgeon. 😂

There is a time and a place for BOTH.

And I think we do people a massive disservice when we pretend healthcare has to be one side or the other.

So… I’m taking you behind the scenes of my own health story.

The symptoms. The surgery. The unexpected post-op chaos. What I learned. And what I would do differently knowing what I know now.

Because apparently this Health Restoration Coach needed a little firsthand continuing education. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Follow The Wellness Way Ada for more of this story—because the story definitely did NOT end when I left the operating room.

If you are tired of feeling like you do, comment "ANSWERS" and we'll help you understand how we get answers and use those answers to guide people into better health for themselves.

Salt is not the enemy. Minerals are needed for hydration at the cellular level.

Testosterone is needed to help pick men up through stressful times. If you are wonderkng why your stress is hard to handle let's figure out if it is a testosterone issue. HRT is not normally needed to help fix this issue.

Common does not mean it's normal. People often settle for common when they should not.
