Renewal will teach you that peace is not something you stumble into, it is something you protect.
God promised us peace, but that does not mean everyone deserves access to it.
Sometimes the greatest act of healing is learning that your no is a complete sentence.
Not a comma.
Not an invitation for negotiation.
Not a doorway for guilt.
Not an opening for manipulation.
Just no. Period.
And there is power in that.
Too often we stretch ourselves thin trying to make others comfortable, explaining ourselves over and over, carrying burdens God never assigned to us. But renewal reminds us that boundaries are not selfish, they are sacred.
Protecting your peace is honoring the promise God placed over your life.
There will be seasons where disappointment shows up.
Where doors close.
Where plans shift.
Where people reveal themselves.
And even there… God is in the mix.
That’s the beauty of grace.
Grace allows you to step back and see beyond the pain.
To recognize the lesson in the loss.
The protection in the delay.
The blessing in the redirection.
Everything will not always feel good, but everything can still work for your good.
So take the time to pause.
Breathe.
Reflect.
Look for the beauty.
Because life is still happening in the small moments, in the quiet, in the growth, in the unseen favor, in the simple fact that you made it through what tried to break you.
Guard your peace.
Stand firm in your no.
Keep your focus on the positive beauties of life.
And remember: when God is covering you, you don’t have to chase what disturbs you, you can let it pass, trust His grace, and walk in beautiful peace.
Have a beautifully blessed Thursday!!!!! 🌿💚🌿
