☀️ Good morning y’all!
It’s me—your local hot mess mama running on Jesus, prayer, and way too much coffee. The laundry pile is already giving me side-eye, the kids are acting like breakfast is a personal insult, and I’m over here reminding myself that His mercies are new every morning… thank goodness, because I used up all of yesterday’s mercies by 2 p.m. 🙃

In between the chaos, I’ve been writing (because apparently God decided to throw “author” onto my already long mama résumé 😅). Some of you already know about my books—Daniel and The Gentle Lion and Charleigh-Ann and The NOT So Terrible Twos—and yes, I’m already working on a brand-new one. (Because why nap when you can write?) ✍️📚

Meanwhile, Miss Charleigh-Ann has discovered her newest talent: quacking. 🦆 She struts around the house quacking like she owns a whole duck pond. Honestly, it’s fitting—toddlers really are tiny farm animals half the time. (Some days I think the sequel should be Charleigh-Ann and The Very Loud Duck Phase 😂).

So here I am, showing up—faith first, caffeine second, and laughter somewhere in between. If you needed the reminder today: God’s got you, even when your day feels like a circus you didn’t sign up to run. 🎪✝️💜

Now… who’s ready to tackle today (or at least fake it till nap time)

I’m so excited to officially launch this author page! As a wife, mama to 7, director, and servant of God, I’ve always had a heart for little ones and the big feelings they carry. Stories have a way of helping children learn, laugh, and grow—and that’s exactly what I hope to share here.

💡 My very first children’s book, Daniel and The Gentle Lion, is now here! This story was placed on my heart to remind kids (and honestly us mamas too) that even in the lion’s den moments of life, God’s love is gentle, strong, and always with us. 🦁💛
