As a nurse, my goal is to provide a professional, safe, and welcoming experience for athletes, parents, coaches, officials, and anyone spending long hours in the summer heat.

🎓🤎 A huge congratulations to on her graduation from Albany State University!

One of the things I love most about Heart & Soul Nursing Concierge is being able to meet people where they are—literally.

After graduation, Shabreka and her friends were getting ready for a night of celebration and called me to bring IV hydration directly to their hotel room. While she was getting her hair touched up and preparing for the festivities, she was also replenishing fluids and electrolytes to help her feel her best for the night ahead.

☀️⚾️ Saturday was bigger than IV hydration for me… it was personal.

As a baseball parent myself, this one was close to my heart. Watching families spend all day at the fields, moving from game to game under the Georgia sun, I understand it because I live it too. 🤎

A huge THANK YOU to SGA Tournaments for allowing Heart & Soul Nursing Concierge to bring our Hydration Station to Thomasville, GA this past Saturday to serve the travel baseball community. We were honored to be there.

And the heat Saturday reminded us why this matters. I watched an umpire have to leave the field after working multiple games because of heat exhaustion. The Georgia heat is REAL… and it’s only May. 🥵

Long hours in the sun, moving field to field, sweating, and spending entire days outside can lead to dehydration faster than many realize. Heat exhaustion and dehydration may show up as:
