The hard part of your story doesn't define you. It's just a chapter β€” one that took everything you had to get through.

But the comeback? That's the part worth reading. That's the part that shows what you're really made of.

If you're still in the middle of your struggle, hold on. Your comeback is coming.

Today, on International Overdose Awareness Day, we pause to remember the lives lost to overdose, and to stand with every family who has felt that loss firsthand. Here in our community, addiction has touched more homes than we can count, and it doesn't discriminate. It affects neighbors, friends, and family members we love.

Overdose is preventable. Recovery is possible. And no one should have to face this alone.

If you or someone you love is struggling, please reach out. We're here, without judgment, ready to help. foothillsrecovery.org | 606-388-4607

Every life lost to overdose leaves a hole that community alone can't fill, but community is where healing starts. Today, on International Overdose Awareness Day, we remember those we've lost and recommit to supporting those still fighting.

If you're struggling, it's not too late to reach out. Help is here. πŸ’œ

Recovery isn't just about stopping. It's about rebuilding β€” your confidence, your relationships, your sense of purpose, and yes, your life.

At Foothills Recovery, we walk alongside every person who comes through our doors, not just through the hard days of early treatment, but through every step that comes after. Because we believe that what gets rebuilt in recovery can be stronger than what was there before.

You are not alone on this journey. And you don't have to figure out the next step by yourself.

We're here when you're ready. πŸ™Œ

Some Mondays feel like a mountain. Others feel like a fresh start. Either way, you're not walking it alone.

Around here, we believe healing happens in community, with people who show up for each other, pray for each other, and remind each other that hope is still worth holding onto.

Wherever you are on your journey this week, keep going. πŸ™

Addiction costs more than most people talk about. And when recovery comes, the financial reality can feel just as overwhelming as everything else you've already been through.

Debt. Damaged credit. Gaps in employment. It's real, and it doesn't fix itself just because you got sober. But it is fixable, one step at a time, the same way everything else in recovery works.

Our latest article breaks it down honestly-- where to start, what to prioritize, and how to rebuild your financial life without feeling like you have to fix everything at once.

If you're in recovery and the money stuff feels impossible right now, this one's for you. πŸ‘‡

Today is National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day, and this one is too important not to share.

Fentanyl is the single deadliest drug threat our nation has ever faced. It is in our communities, it is reaching our children, and it is taking lives faster than most people realize.

At Foothills Recovery, we see the impact of this crisis every day. Sharing information like this matters. Talking about it matters. And if you or someone you love is struggling, reaching out matters most of all.

Please share this post. You could save a life today. πŸ’™

August 21 is National Fentanyl Prevention and Awareness Day. πŸ’™ Education saves lives. By learning the facts and having open, honest conversations, we can help prevent fentanyl poisoning and protect our families, friends, and communities. Together, we can raise awareness and make a difference.

Completion days are some of our favorite days around here. πŸŽ“

We are so proud to celebrate Kelly, one of our June 2026 residential treatment program graduates at Foothills Recovery. Certificate in hand, standing alongside our Program Director Candy Groce, LPCC β€” this is exactly what we work toward every single day.

Finishing a residential program isn't just a milestone. It's the result of showing up, doing the hard work, and choosing recovery over and over again even when it wasn't easy. Kelly did all of that, and then some.

We see you, Kelly. We are so proud of you. And we can't wait to see where this next chapter takes you. πŸ™Œ

If you or someone you love is ready to take the first step toward recovery, we're here.

Addiction affects more families in our region than most people realize. And behind every statistic is a real person, a real family, trying to find their way to something better.

At Foothills Recovery, we don't see numbers. We see people who are ready to change their story. And every single day, we get to watch that happen.
