There is a temporary change to the schedule and focus of our Tuesday Metabolic Health Classes. NO CLASS IN JUNE!
Also, beginning, Tuesday, July 14th, we will begin a new series focused on practical medical applications and tools we can use to better understand and improve our health.
The goal is simple: to move beyond general health information and begin learning how to look at our own symptoms, risk factors, and lab results in a more organized and meaningful way.
Our Next Class
Tuesday, July 14th
Second Tuesday of the Month this time.
Please call the office to register- (505-897-6560).
Class Focus: Understanding Your Labs and Health Patterns
In this series, we will begin reviewing individual lab tests, including:
*What each test is measuring
*Why the test matters
*How to understand the basic meaning of the result
*How labs can reveal larger health patterns
*How symptoms, risk factors, and lab findings can be organized into a clearer plan
We will also discuss how I our lab assessment program is structured to help identify patterns related to metabolic health, inflammation, liver stress, blood sugar regulation, cholesterol risk, nutrient status, and overall system strain.
The basic framework will be:
Symptoms / Risk Factors → Lab Assessment → Pattern Recognition → Program Recommendation → Metabolic Restoration Plan
This helps us move from vague symptoms and scattered concerns into a more organized metabolic framework.
Our goal is to learn how to recognize deeper system patterns that may be contributing to symptoms like fatigue, inflammation, blood sugar problems, cholesterol concerns, liver stress, weight resistance, and future disease progression.
If you would like to attend this free class, please call our office to register (505) 897-6560, bring your most recent lab reports and a list of 3-4 main health concerns, symptoms, or risk factors.
