Come Smooze and nosh, Mangia!, It’s SOUP!, Time to Eat! I’ve heard these words since the womb, from a very diverse and eclectic family that celebrated everything, whatever holiday or tradition. You name it! AND, FOOD, COOKING, AND THE KITCHEN WERE ALWAYS CENTR

AL! I loved cooking AND EATING with my Italian Yiddishe Mama. But doing it was anxiety-producing – the timing, mess, and assured perfection-angsts would certainly keep me out of the kitchen. So, I was in accounting for over 40 years, like a good boy. The Pandemic hastened my early retirement 2 years ago. Great timing, Huh? I was feeling lost and lonely.
