Two studios, one community, endless partnerships and collaborations!

The Wellness Collective Studios are located in the Turning Leaf Business Center, with an upper studio called The Loft, and a lower studio called The Well.

We offer daily classes and opportunities for strength training, with a core mission of building a stronger community collectively, as well as individuals.

In other words….. as you get stronger and healthier, and your circle sees it and feels it, that effect ripples outward to create stronger and healthier families and communities.

This means in addition to a regular class and training schedule, you’ll see us offering wellness retreats and events, seeking out partnerships, all with the goal of reaching people wherever they are at, creating what we call a third space!

A third space isn’t necessarily a physical place. It’s your community, your home away from home, where you feel comfortable and supported enough to truly GROW.

We hope the Loft and the Well become your third space, that you’ll find friendship and support at our events and within our partnerships, and sustainable wellness for life.

Getting strong at The Well Studio!

Not to be confused with any other WELL company in town! While we love and support all of our local businesses, it’s been brought to my attention that there’s been a little confusion with The WELL & Co, a local medspa and clinic for women.

The Loft and the Well Studios are located at 1920 Turning Leaf Lane, and we welcome women, men, and couples to join our wellness community! Classes vary from yoga, to sculpt, to strength training, and more. We’ve also partnered with Valhalla Lifting Club to offer you the very best fitness opportunities!

Amazing, refreshing Yoga Sculpt class this morning! Thank you to everyone who started their day with me!

Another opportunity for class today (Thursday 7/9):

See you at noon for Power Moves, a strength training class where we focus on learning to use proper form to lift free weights and strengthen the whole body. I’ll teach you how to use progressive overload to get real results!

Tomorrow’s Schedule! Friday 7/10:

8 am 🌱 The Foundation- training for girls 9-14

9:30 am 🌿 Women, Weights & Worship- lift weights, move your body, all while being lifted up with great worship music alongside other ladies!
