36 weeks with Grace vs 38 weeks with Evie
Addressing the elephant in the room: yes, there is a physical difference. Woo?! It’s okay, to want and celebrate a physical difference esp when it means that my joints aren’t currently screaming at me like they did the first time around.
But really, my goal for this pregnancy was to stay active and eat (mostly) foods that actually make me feel good... which btw sometimes meant ALL OF THE CARBS (hello, first trimester!).
It wasn’t always easy. I’m in an industry and I am personally helping women to get into the best shape of their life. Some days, I won’t lie, I just wanted to be able to go full out on a workout (esp since we came out with two of my favorite programs EVER during this pregnancy).
I’ve modified moves
I’ve taken more naps than I care to admit
I’ve let go of any notion that I’ve got this all figured out — I DON’T
I’ve asked for help WAY more than in my first pregnancy
My biggest tip for any pregnant woman wanting to feel the best possible during this incredible journey is to give yourself GRACE... and drink tons of water
