Hi Everybody!
I'm Brittany Gesin and I bake freshly milled einkorn sourdough bread! Einkorn is a majestic little ancient grain that deserves the spotlight when it comes to nutrient density, anti-inflammatory properties, lower gluten index and so much more! If you don't know much about Einkorn, I recommend a quick google search because I can't fit all the wonderful things about it in this post.
We source our grain from an Amish farm whose practices are beyond organic, using zero chemicals in their growing process.
From there, we grind our einkorn berries ourselves with our trustee grain mill and make our sourdough loaves right away! Another google search (or a podcast listen) if you have the time.... freshly milled flour vs. store bought flour... You'll never want to settle for store-bought again!
Our desire for our family is to return to eating the way God intended. He made nutritious whole foods that our bodies thrive on and we want to be good stewards of the bodies He's given us!
The Gesin Gathering Bakery was birthed out of this conviction to steward our bodies well and wanting to enable you to do the same!

So now that you know our what and why, here's the how! :)
-All orders for sourdough loaves must be placed BY TUESDAY 6:00PM of the week you'd like your loaf.
-All loaves are made (and picked up or delivered) on either Friday or Saturday of every week. I will specify which day when you place your order.
-To place an order, text 5713484658 with the following info:
>Name
> # of loaves you'd like
>Whether you'd like Sea Salt or Pink Salt
>Whether you are picking up or wanting delivery (within
certain milage)
-Price per loaf is $12.
Delivery fee is $5.
