Alison is the MHSM is Senior Vice President of Operations for Texas at NVISION Eye Centers, where she leads strategic growth, operational performance, and physician partnership across the region.
With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Alison brings a diverse background in physician practice operations, ambulatory care, healthcare technology, and clinical research. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving sustainable growth in complex healthcare environments.
Prior to joining NVISION Eye Centers, Alison served as Senior Vice President of Site Operations and Research Partnerships at Elligo Health Research, where she oversaw a national network of clinical research sites and led strategic initiatives focused on quality, performance, and expansion. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Optum, The Advisory Board Company, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital and Texas Children's Hospital.
Alison holds a Master of Health Sector Management from Arizona State University, W.P. Carey School of Business and is known for combining strategic vision with operational discipline and a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
