🧠 Mental Health Minute
When a teenager’s behavior changes, it can be easy to focus on the behavior itself.
But changes in mood, sleep, school performance, relationships, motivation, or usual routines can sometimes be a sign that something else is going on.
That doesn’t mean every change signals a mental health concern. Adolescence comes with plenty of change on its own.
What matters is noticing patterns, staying curious, keeping communication open, and knowing when additional support may be helpful.
For the adults in a teen’s life, paying attention can be an important first step. 💙
