May is Mental Health Month, the postpartum period can feel lonely, heavy, and emotionally overwhelming.

Doulas offer support before and after birth, and Medicaid coverage can make this care more accessible for families who need it most. With bodywork training, I can also support physical recovery in ways that may help moms feel more grounded and cared for. I also utilize bodywork to help babies feed and sleep better.

When mothers and their babies are supported emotionally and physically, they are more likely to feel seen, and strong in the early days.
