Let’s retire "No Pain, No Gain" once and for all. 🛑

In most cases, pushing through pain actually sets you back rather than moves you forward. Think of pain as your body’s alarm system - it’s signaling that something is wrong or an injury is brewing.

When you move with pain, your body compensates. You shift your weight, change your form, and stop using the muscles you’re actually trying to strengthen. The result? Slower progress and more frustration.

The good news? My goal is to minimize that "alarm" during treatment. When we manage the pain first, you move better, heal faster, and get the results you’re actually looking for.
