I read this in ’s book “10 Guideposts to Wholehearted Living and had to make something that I could easily share with my clients. Love all of her content and was happy to talk to a client this week who had heard of her! 🙌

A- Have I Abstained today?
This could be about overindulging in tech (doom scrolling or work), food, alcohol, all the things that we like that aren’t the healthiest coping tools.
E- Have I Exercised today?
I- What have I done to myself today?
O- What have I done for others?
I feel like for moms this is a good question to ask ourselves so we can make sure we’re not ONLY doing for others all day.
U- Am I holding on to Unexpressed emotions?
Y- Yeah! What’s something good that’s happened today?
