I’ve been trying to figure out how to put this weekend into words 💜
Our final estimated attendance for the 2026 Angelic Wellness Festival was approximately 2,831 people throughout the two-day weekend. With people coming and going throughout both days, multiple entrances and such a large, spread-out park, an exact count is nearly impossible — but that is our best final estimate based on the information we were able to collect.
For only our second year, I’m incredibly proud of what we created together.
To every single person who came out this weekend — thank you.
Whether you came to shop, brought your kids for the experiences, watched a performance, met a mermaid or princess, held a parrot, or simply wandered through the park to see what Angelic was all about… thank you for spending part of your weekend with us.
And to our vendors — an especially huge thank you. 💜
This festival quite literally would not be what it is without all of you.
One of the best parts of my weekend was hearing from so many of you who were happy with your weekend, did well, enjoyed the atmosphere, and were already talking to me about coming back.
From the beginning, one of my biggest goals with Angelic has been creating an event where small businesses, artists, health advocates, makers, and organizations can meet new customers, make connections, introduce people to what they do and hopefully have a weekend that makes all of the work involved in showing up worthwhile.
Thank you for bringing your beautiful displays, products, talents, and personalities into the park. Thank you for rolling with the inevitable craziness that comes with an event this size. And thank you for helping create the atmosphere that made this weekend so special.
I tried my absolute best to make it around to every vendor and check in throughout the weekend. I know I didn’t get nearly as much time with everyone as I would have liked, and didn’t get to personally connect with a small handful — at any given moment I felt like I was being pulled in about a million different directions. 😂
But the conversations I did get to have reminded me that there are some really, really good people in this world.
There were vendors who didn’t just ask me how the festival was going — they asked how I was doing.
People checked on me throughout the day, offered help without being asked, lent a hand when something needed done, encouraged me when I was visibly running on fumes, and stepped in during moments when they absolutely didn’t have to.
I want to give a special thank you to Jenni Greene (Marty + Mable), Shannon Morris, Jenny’s Sweet Treats, Upcycled Threads by J, Jackie's Groovy Cheese Truck, OUT of the SHELL by Burk’s, Origami Hikari, Rooted Creative, Wood Fired Nomad, Martina Brantner Douglas, Fire Beard Forge, Amy Miller Secrest, Central PA Humane Society, Harmony LoveJoy, Artistic Expressions by Kathleen, Flippin Awesome Products, Gerlach Creations , Diane Crebs, Wonky Wares, Artisan Oils, and Glasscap Collective.
I want to be very clear that this isn’t a list of “favorites,” and it certainly isn’t meant to leave anyone out. There were so many kind, patient, and wonderful people throughout that park, and I’m sure there were countless people helping each other in ways I never even saw.
These are simply some of the people I personally witnessed going above and beyond, checking on me, offering encouragement or lending a hand when I needed one.
I noticed it. I appreciated it. And I won’t forget it. 💜
To ALL of our vendors — thank you again. Seeing and hearing from so many of you who left happy is genuinely one of the things I’m most grateful for.
To our entertainers and performers — thank you for giving families reasons to stop, watch, dance, laugh and make memories throughout the weekend.
To our volunteers — thank you for jumping in wherever you were needed, answering questions, solving problems, and doing so many things behind the scenes that most people will never see.
To our sponsors, community partners and donors — thank you for believing in what I was trying to create and helping make it possible. A special thank you to Xfinity, Leafguard, Renewal by Andersen, and Altoona Honda, along with every business, organization, and individual who contributed to this year’s festival.
And to everyone who supported our silent auction, Kids Zone, and everything else happening throughout the park — thank you.
It’s a little surreal to remind myself that this was only Year Two.
What everyone sees is two days in a beautiful park.
What they don’t see are the months behind those two days — hundreds of emails, applications, phone calls, maps, contracts, entertainment bookings, advertising, meetings, late nights, expenses, last-minute changes, weather watching, problem-solving, and about a million tiny decisions that somehow have to come together at exactly the right time.
I bring the Angelic Wellness Festival together because I genuinely love creating something positive for this community.
I love watching families make memories. I love seeing people discover a small business they didn’t know existed. I love bringing artists, makers, entertainers, nonprofits, food and family experiences together in one place. I love watching vendors make connections with each other that continue long after the tents come down.
And I love watching something that once existed only as an idea in my head become something that our community has embraced.
That part is incredibly special to me.
But I also want to be human about the other side of it.
Angelic is independently organized, and putting something of this size together requires an enormous amount of time, energy, personal investment and stress. By the time this weekend arrived, I was running on fumes, and I’m still going to need a little time to recover from everything it took to get us here.
I’ve already been asked more times than I can count:
“So… are we doing this again next year” or “when can I sign up for 2027”?” 😂
And my answer right now is simply:
I don’t know yet.
Before immediately jumping into another year of planning, I’m giving myself permission to actually enjoy what we just accomplished.
I want some time to sleep, recover, look at what worked, look at what could be better, think about what would need to change and decide whether I have another one of these in me. 😂
But whether this weekend eventually becomes the end of the Angelic Wellness Festival or simply the end of Chapter Two, I don’t want to move on from it without saying how genuinely grateful I am.
One thing I can say with certainty is that, if Angelic returns for Year Three, it will be at a new location. Some municipal requirements and processes affecting our vendors were not communicated to me until July, well into the planning process and after many vendors had already committed to the event. While we ultimately worked through those challenges, they created unnecessary stress and last-minute hurdles for both our vendors and myself. Moving forward, I would only consider a location where expectations are clearly established from the beginning and the process allows me to provide vendors with the experience and support they deserve. They put far too much time, money, and heart into showing up for this event for me to knowingly put them in that position again. 💜
To everyone who attended, volunteered, performed, sponsored, donated, shared a post, invited a friend, supported a vendor, brought your family or simply believed in this crazy idea:
Thank you for being part of it.
And to every vendor who took a chance on a second-year festival and showed up this weekend — thank you for trusting me. I truly hope you know how much that means to me.
Two very full days. More than 120 participating vendors, businesses, and organizations. A whole lot of memories.
And only Year Two. 💜
For now, I’m going to sleep. 😂 Later this week will be the announcements for booth awards from our secret shoppers, so stay tuned!
Thank you, Central PA, for an unforgettable Angelic Wellness Festival 2026. ✨
