💥If you weren't consistent, you can't honestly say it didn't work.
It's easy to blame a nutrition plan, workout program, or healthy habit when the results aren't what you hoped for. But before you decide something "doesn't work," ask yourself one question:
Did I actually do it consistently?
👉Following your plan Monday through Thursday, then abandoning it every weekend isn't consistency.
👉Working out for two weeks, then taking the next three weeks off isn't consistency.
👉Eating healthy when it's convenient but making different choices whenever life gets busy isn't consistency.
👉If you are utilizing a GLP-1 to aid in weight loss or over all health and you do it on and off or extremely inconsistent, the GLP-1 starts losing efficacy.
Your body responds to what you do consistently, not occasionally.
🌟Most nutrition and fitness programs don't fail because they're ineffective—they fail because they're never given enough consistent time to produce results. Progress comes from repeating healthy habits day after day, even when motivation is low and life gets hectic.
💜Consistency doesn't mean perfection. It means showing up more often than not, making the next healthy choice after a setback, and trusting the process long enough for your body to adapt.
Before you say, "It didn't work," be able to honestly say, "I gave it a consistent effort." If you can't, the program wasn't truly tested—your consistency was.
Consistency is what turns effort into results.
