For Mental Health Awareness Month, our Ames team came together for a meaningful group activity inspired by Kintsugi- the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold.
This practice reminds us that healing is possible, and that our imperfections are not something to hide, but something that can make us stronger and more beautiful.
