Ames Public Library is hosting the following program tomorrow night at 7pm if interested. Also, zoom is available.

Come to the Library and "Make It OK" by learning about mental illness. Find out how you can reduce the stigma around mental illness, feel more confident in talking about mental health, and help people get the care and support they need.

Make It OK is a program of Iowa's Healthiest State Initiative. Its goal is to reduce stigma by starting conversations and increasing understanding about mental illness.
