The wealth gap is real. So is your agency.
Income disparity is a real and valid concern โ and I understand why it feels discouraging.
But here's what often gets left out of that conversation: individual agency still matters, and access to building wealth has never been greater.
What I've seen โ both personally and working with others โ is that small, consistent steps can shift your trajectory:
โ
Start small, stay consistent. Even modest investing compounds over time. You don't need a large sum to begin โ you need a decision.
โ
Build skills that increase income. Free and low-cost learning is everywhere today. The barriers to upgrading your earning potential have never been lower.
โ
Participate in ownership. Stocks, property, a small business โ these aren't just for the wealthy. Fractional shares and micro-investing changed the game.
Acknowledging opportunity doesn't mean ignoring real challenges. It means focusing on what can be controlled โ and built โ step by step. Even small moves in the right direction create meaningful change over time.
