As part of our upcoming retreat, we’ll be offering a Group Acupuncture & Reiki session designed to support deep rest and energetic balance.

What is Group Acupuncture?

Group acupuncture is a gentle and effective way to support the body’s natural healing process in a calm, shared healing space. Participants rest comfortably while acupuncture needles are placed to encourage relaxation and regulation.

During the session you’ll rest quietly for about 30–45 minutes, allowing your body time to settle and respond to the treatment.

For this special gathering, we are also incorporating Reiki energy work, adding another layer of energetic support and intuitive guidance.

Today we honor the closing of the Year of the Snake — a cycle of shedding, releasing, and quiet inner transformation.

The Snake taught us how to soften into change. To release old skins. To trust the unseen currents guiding our healing.

Now, the energy shifts.

The Year of the Horse arrives with movement, momentum, and awakened life force. The Horse carries the energy of freedom, vitality, courage, and forward motion. What was once internal begins to move outward. What was once forming begins to live and breathe.

This is a powerful moment to allow Reiki to support the integration of all you’ve become — and to gently open to what is ready to move through you next.

You do not need to force the path. Simply allow your energy to align with the rhythm of forward motion.

The Horse does not question its readiness. It moves because it is alive.

Today, we honor both energies - the wisdom that released… and the life force that rises.

Simple practices for today:

✨ Place your hands over your heart and breathe slowly for 2–3 minutes

✨ Light a candle and set an intention for forward movement

✨ Step outside and consciously walk forward, feeling the Earth support you

✨ Work with rosemary, lavender, or sage to clear stagnant energy
